Mail In Services

Bring your quilt top and backing for an in-person intake where we confirm measurements, thread color, and design direction.

Start with the consultation form, then include a copy with your quilt when shipping it to our P.O.Box.

Text, email, or call us and we’ll schedule a time to drop off your quilt. Then you can bring your quilt top and backing for an in-person consultation where we’ll review measurements, discuss quilting design and thread options, and answer any questions before your quilt enters the queue.

Step Two: Package Your Quilt
Include:
• Quilt Top
• Backing
• Batting (if customer is providing)
• Printed consultation form

Step 4: Personal Review & Confirmation
Once your quilt arrives:
•We will review measurements
•Confirm your choices for thread and quilting designs
•Confirm intake and queue placement communicated

Step 5: Quilting & Final Invoice
After quilting is completed, we will send a final invoice. Upon payment, we will ship your quilt back to you ASAP!

Quilt Prep Checklist​

  • Please press your top and backing before shipping in or dropping off
  • Please ensure the backing fabric exceeds the top by at least 4″ on all sides. (Width + 8 x Length + 8)
  • Check for open seams and make any necessary repairs
  • Remove pins, clips and leave off any embellishments such as buttons
  • Fill out our Quilt Consultation form

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the turnaround time?

Roughly 2 weeks from the time the quilt is in our hands. This time can flex, and in the case that it will take longer than that we will let you know while going over the consultation form with you. We do offer a rush fee if availability allows it.

At this time we only offer edge to edge quilting.

We prefer 4-5″ of backing on EACH side. The best way to figure this out is to take the width of your quilt top and add 8″ to that size and add 8″ to your quilts length. (Ex: if your quilt top is 50″ x 60″ then your backing needs to be at least 58″ x 68″) 

We offer 100% cotton batting and 100% polyester batting by the yard. It is not included in the service, but there is a discount on the batting if you purchase your batting from us. 

Yes! If there is availability for rush services, we will offer that as an add on for $50.00. More information on this would be covered in your consultation.

I know that too many options can be overwhelming so I am more than happy to help you figure out what is going to bring your vision to life!

No, we do not offer binding services at this time.
