Cost and Drop Off

We are offering our long arm services starting at 2 cents per square inch! NO additional fees for set up. We do have a minimum charge of $50.00.

We load our quilts up in the order that they are received and we strive to have a quick, efficient and beautiful product.

Design and Thread Choice

We offer beautiful edge-to-edge quilting designs starting at just 2 cents per square inch. Our pricing is based on the density of the design you choose—more intricate or dense patterns may increase the rate slightly.

Our standard thread choices are included in the base price.

Rest assured, we will review the design and thread choice with you during drop-off and provide a final price based on your specific needs. Let us help bring your quilt to life with expert craftsmanship and attention to detail!

Batting

You may bring your own batting in or we can provide your batting for you for an additional charge. We offer Warm & Natural Cotton 90″ batting at a discounted rate of $11.99 per yard (regularly $13.99). Please note, when cutting batting from the roll, we will round up to the nearest 1/4 yard for your convenience. We also prefer your batting offer an overage of 4-5″ as we do quilt off the edge of your top.

Backing

Our preference of overage for your backing is 4-5 inches on all sides!

If your backing has directional fabric we will need you to mark the TOP LEFT corner of your backing with either a pin or a safety pin so that we may know before the process begins. If there is no marking, and you did not let us know on your intake form, we are not held responsible if the backing was not applied in the direction you wanted.

Social Media

We will use our longarm services as content for social media, however we understand that some of these great works of arts are gifts or personal and you may not want them shared so publicly. If that is the case, please let us know before hand. However, if you are fine with it, we will be sure to tag you in our post!
